The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and within walking distance to the city center. The staff was very friendly and helpful , making me feel at home. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was excellent, including my room and the shared areas.

Welcome base for discovering Istanbul. Everything was good, though a few employees were very rude. Late check out too. Reception was friendly.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, as we were able to easily reach all the main attractions. We were impressed by the quality of the room service, car hire, dry cleaning, 24-hour room service, housekeeping. The welcome drink and tours/ticket assistance were a bonus. The room amenities such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and mini-bar were great. Furthermore, the soundproofed rooms were perfect for us to get a goodnight's sleep. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the dining restaurant, in-room breakfast, bar/lounge area, and snack bar. The buffet breakfast had plenty of options for us, including special diet menus. The staff at the reception desk was always available to help out, especially with leisure activities such as the jacuzzi and leisure/tv room.
Recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Great location near shops and restaurants, with taxi and shuttle services available. Breakfast had a wide range of options. Staff was polite and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and had good Wifi. We really appreciated the accessible room facilities provided for my wheelchair-bound mother. we had a satisfying stay and would recommend this hotel.
